Kristina Stoiber is a Research Associate at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. In 2023, she was a visiting fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. In her research, she focuses on Open Strategy in financial distress conditions and the impact of openness on strategic leadership from a Strategy-as-Practice perspective. Her research is nominated for this years’ SMS Best PhD Paper Award and the AOM Best Paper Award from the Strategy-as-Practice Interest Group.
