Daniela Blettner is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University, Canada. Her research focuses on Behavioral Strategy. Currently, she is most interested in how managers and entrepreneurs interpret performance feedback and how this affects their goal adaptation and strategic choices. She has a passion for the psychological aspects of this process and linguistic analysis. Her research is published in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice. She serves on the editorial review board of the Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. Daniela received her PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from St. Gallen University, her MBA from Sheffield Hallam University, and her MA in Linguistics from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
