Rhett Brymer (Ph.D. Texas A&M University) is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. His primary research considers the organizational antecedents and outcomes of employee mobility. Rhett is on the Board of Directors for the College Baseball Hall of Fame and is a regular judge for the U.S. Open Beer Championship. His research has been published in Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Academy of Management Perspectives, Strategic Organization, and been featured at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, Bloomberg Businessweek, and Fortune. Prior to academia, Rhett worked for five years as a human capital consultant with BearingPoint and Hewlett-Packard
