Kannan Srikanth is an associate professor of strategy and organization Singapore Management University, prior to which he was an assistant professor at the Indian School of Business and the Strategic Organization Design group at the University of Southern Denmark. He received his Ph.D. in strategic and international management from the London Business School. His research focuses on learning and coordination aspects of organizational adaptation and innovation, which he applies to study diverse phenomena such as M&A, outsourcing and offshoring of knowledge intensive processes such as R&D, and appropriating value from technology. His research has appeared in outlets such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Global Strategy Journal, Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal. He teaches course in strategy and organization at the Masters, MBA and PhD levels and the business capstone course at the undergraduate level.
