Sarah Gisser is a Senior Manager in Firm Learning at McKinsey & Company. she rejoined the Firm in 2016 as part of the global Partner Learning team and currently leads the Firm's efforts to support capability building for nearly 2,000 Partners around the World. In this role she recently led the redesign and development of a comprehensive learning curriculum for McKinsey partners. She also helped develop and launch the 'Partner U' on-demand mobile app to help partners stay abreast of emerging topics and the firm’s core capabilities. Before joining Firm Learning at McKinsey, Sarah served as Senior Lecturer at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, leading an experiential learning program for MBA students, focused on strategy and operations consulting. She also led a Consumer Insights team at Target Corporation and served as an engagement manager at McKinsey. Before joining McKinsey, Sarah began her career at Procter & Gamble in brand management on consumer health care brands. Sarah holds and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BS in Marketing from Miami University. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two teenage daughters.
