Oussama Darouichi is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland). Being a millennial himself, his goal is to adapt and further develop management education adapted to Millennials & digital natives in line with nowadays major economic and social challenges and opportunities! He strongly believes that the business school needs to be adapted and improved teaching tools and techniques to cope with nowadays requirements. He believes that these tools and techniques need to be jointly developed in partnership with practitioners and students.He is passionate about teaching & research methods; strategic management and international business. He authored numerous case studies in English and in French. He is a proud 2018 Paul Lawrence Fellow for his involvement in the case teaching method.
