Christina Fang is an Associate Professor of Management at the Stern School of Business, New York University. She is interested in the challenges and mechanisms of organization learning as well as the causal attributions of business performance. First, building on ideas of learning from a variety of disciplines such as machine learning, behavioral decision making and cognitive science, she formulates theoretical models of organizational learning to examine the possibilities and consequences of learning. Her second area of interest is the fundamental implications of organizational learning for the existence and discovery of strategic opportunities.
