Ingo Weller is a Professor of Management at the Munich School of Management, LMU Munich, and the Director of the Institute for Human Capital Management. He is also a Co-Director of LMU’s Organizations Research Group (ORG). Prior to joining LMU in 2009, he completed his Habilitation at the Freie Universität Berlin (2009), and his Dr. rer. pol. (equivalent to Ph.D.) at the University of Flensburg (2004). In 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin—Madison. He earned his Master’s degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) in Business Administration and International Business Studies from the University of Paderborn in 1998. His research interests include Strategic Human Resource Management, Matching and Recruitment Processes (including Talent Management), and People Analytics. His work has appeared in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Applied Psychology, and handbooks like the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment and the Handbook of Comparative Human Resource Management.
