Dr. Navid Asgari is an associate professor at the Strategy and Statistics area of the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University, in NYC. Being fascinated with the healthcare industry's complexity, Navid first explored how technological discontinuities shape the interplay of pharmaceutical firms' resource-bases and cooperative strategies. He has extended his inquiry to collective properties of cooperative ties and their interaction with firms' external and internal environment. Navid teaches core strategy courses at undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. He has also developed executive courses on technology management and machine learning for strategic decision making. An avid traveler and runner, he enjoys exploring exotic locations and trails.
