Clint Chadwick is a Professor of Strategy and Human Resource Management at the University of Kansas, where he is the Area Director for Management and Entrepreneurship. He received his Ph.D. from the Wharton School and has previously served on the faculty of the University of Illinois and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Clint Chadwick’s research interests include the impact of human resource systems and human capital on firm competitiveness, downsizing, and organizational alignment. His work has appeared in such journals as Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Management Review. He is one of the founding members of the Human Capital Interest Group and has been active in the group since its inception.
