Philipp Meyer-Doyle is Associate Professor of Strategy at INSEAD. He holds a PhD and a Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), as well as a BSc from the London School of Economics. His research explores how human capital shapes the strategy and performance of firms, and how firms can influence the impact of human capital on firm strategy and performance. Much of his research is set in the context of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), hedge funds, investor activism, and mutual funds. His research has been published in the Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science. He also sits on the Editorial Review Boards of the Strategic Management Journal and of Organization Science.
